Refresh your life with essential oils

Do things seem boring around the house? Are you looking for some invigoration to spruce things up? Do you love fixing problems yourself?

If you answered “yes” to any of these, it’s time to jazz up your surroundings with some essential oils.

Miracle Essential Oils are perfect for refreshing things up at home. They can be used in countless DIY tricks to give things a more personalized and authentic aroma.

If you have essential oils lying around the house, there are lots of unique ways to enjoy them beyond standard (but amazing) aromatherapy. Plus, who doesn’t love a trendy and fun DIY idea?

Here are a few household and beauty hacks to explore this week!

DIY Dryer Sheets

Refresh your life with essential oils

Using hundreds of dryer sheets can be a pain, and the scent isn’t personalized to your liking. A cool and simple DIY trick is to add a few drops of your favorite Miracle Essential Oils mix into a clean cotton sock. Next, tie it around a tennis ball to help spread the aroma of whichever oil into the dryer. Eucalyptus Single Oil and Lemon Single Oil are great starter options for this DIY Dryer Sheet hack.

DIY Reviving Shampoo

Who doesn’t love gorgeous and luscious locks? Revive your hair by first purchasing an organic shampoo, preferably with no to little scent. Slowly drop in about 15-20 drops of your favorite Miracle Essential Oils. Stir or shake vigorously until well combined. Shake before each use, and lather in the beautiful aroma! Motivation Signature Blend works well in this DIY Reviving Shampoo trick.

DIY Honey Body Scrub

Is your dry skin being a pain? Exfoliating can help smooth out your skin. Combine 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp raw honey, and 20 drops of Miracle Essential Oils. Stir aggressively until well combined. Rejuvenate Signature Blend essential oil works best in this DIY Honey Body Scrub, but you can experiment with other Miracle Essential Oil Signature Blends to find what scents appeal to you.

DIY Sleep Spray

Getting a good night’s sleep is crucial when it comes to your health; not only do you want to avoid feeling groggy throughout the day, but your body’s time to replenish and re-cooperate is when you sleep. If you have trouble relaxing after a stressful day at work, this DIY Sleep Spray may be just what you need.

Grab a small spray bottle, fill it with distilled water and then add 20 drops of Sleep Miracle Essential Oil. Shake aggressively, and proceed to spray a bit on your pillow and in the air to help your body relax and catch some ZZZs.

DIY DeStress Body Lotion

After a warm bath (with a few drops of Miracle Essential Oils of course), it’s important to lock in moisture with a soothing body lotion. Countless generic body lotions often don’t have an appealing aroma and are full of added ingredients.

Pick up an organic and natural body lotion, such as natural shea butter, and add a few drops of Miracle Essential Oils. Mix well, and apply regularly for smooth skin. DeStress Signature Blend adds relaxation properties in this DIY DeStress Body Lotion.

DIY Gym Bag Spray

Similar to our DIY Yoga Mat Spray, this spray is the perfect portable trick to ridding that dreaded gym bag odor. Simply fill a spray bottle ¾ of the way with distilled water, then add witch hazel to fill the rest of the bottle. Add about 5 drops of Immunity or DeStress Signature Blend, shake well, and spray to get that stink away!
